SERVICE is a mobility app that mimics how Lebanese order their taxi, in particular what is known locally as "SERVICE".

While a TAXI is a private ride, a SERVICE is sharing a ride with other people heading in the same direction.
We basically moved what is done daily offline, online.

The app offers both TAXI and SERVICE ride options.
It has many features that make the SERVICE ride in particular more efficient for its cost sensitive riders.
 

Our aim is to make the SERVICE ride experience safer and more efficient while keeping it cheap.  

Why use Service?

Owning a car is expensive, in addition to its initial price, its operational costs such as fuel and maintenance costs constitute a significant part of one’s income.
Driving is also stressful (particularly in Lebanon), free parking spots are difficult to find and when available expensive.
Save your money and mental health by using public transportation.
 

While other apps focused on the private rides Taxi, our app is trying to digitalize the “SERVICE” experience.

As for the car driver, the app allows him to increase his income by utilizing his car more efficiently.
He is no longer surfing the roads looking for riders, he moves when he gets an order and he is able to collect other riders on his way, thus maximizing his revenue per trip.
